A game starts on your first successful paddle hit and ends when the ball touches the border. Your daily allowance resets at local midnight.

Privacy

Tapongi is an iPhone game developed by Nuifish Limited. This policy explains how information is used by Tapongi, including its optional Apple services.
Tapongi stores high scores, sound preferences, daily game usage and reset information, and purchase-access status locally on your device. It also keeps usage counters used to decide when to request an App Store review. When you use Game Center, local score records can be associated with your Game Center player identifier, and scores waiting to be submitted may be stored for retry.
Nuifish does not receive this locally stored information or operate a Tapongi account or cloud service containing your gameplay. Apple’s device backup facilities may include local app data, depending on your backup settings.
You can play without signing in to Game Center. If you are signed in, Tapongi uses your Game Center player identifier to manage your scores, retrieves your leaderboard score and submits your best scores to Apple. Your Game Center profile and scores may appear on leaderboards according to your Apple account settings. Apple handles this information under its Game Center privacy information and Privacy Policy.
Apple processes the optional unlimited-play purchase. Tapongi uses Apple’s verified purchase and original-download information to determine whether unlimited access is included or has been purchased, and to restore access. Nuifish does not receive your payment-card details or operate a server storing your purchase history.
App Store transactions and account information are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
When you choose to share a score, Tapongi prepares a game image and score text on your device and opens the iOS Share Sheet. You select the destination. Nuifish does not receive a copy. The person, app or service you share with handles that copy under its own privacy practices.
Tapongi contains no advertising networks, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone. Apple may process diagnostic information according to your device settings and its own privacy practices.
Local app data remains on your device until removed. Deleting Tapongi removes its local app data, subject to copies held in device backups. Offloading the app may retain its data. Deleting the app does not erase Apple’s Game Center records, App Store purchases, or images you have already saved or shared. Manage those separately through Apple’s services or the destination where they were stored.
If you email Nuifish for support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information that is not needed for support.
Nuifish does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Tapongi. Apple manages eligibility and parental controls for its own account, Game Center and purchasing services.
This policy concerns the Tapongi app. It does not describe cookies or other processing by the Nuifish website or by sites you visit from links on this page. If the app’s functionality or data practices change, we will publish a revised policy here with an updated effective date.

Tap the screen to switch the paddles. Each successful return scores a point. Keep the ball between the bars for as long as you can. A border hit ends the scoring run, while the ball keeps moving.
A game is used when you score your first successful paddle hit. The run then continues until the ball reaches the border. You get three new games at local midnight.
Open settings and choose Unlock unlimited play for a one-time purchase. To restore access, choose Restore access while using the same App Store account as your original download or purchase.
No. Unlimited play is included for earlier downloads, including downloads made when the app was free. Use Restore access with the same App Store account. If access is not restored, check that account and contact us for help.
Yes. Bounce sound and Encouragement have separate switches in settings. Tapongi also respects your iPhone’s Silent mode.
No. You can play and keep a local high score without it. Game Center provides Apple’s online leaderboard when you sign in; it is not needed to buy or restore unlimited play.
Gameplay works offline. Game Center, purchases and restoring access need a connection. Scores waiting for Game Center can be submitted when you reconnect and are signed in.
